Reworked with a world champion!

For its Beast X V2, WLMouse teamed up with TheShy, the top laner who won the League of Legends World Championship in 2018, and reworked the shell alongside him, bringing four structural upgrades over the original Beast X. All five colorways belong to the collaboration. Graffiti, Black & Gold and Pink Gradient carry his signature artwork, while White/Red and Silver keep things understated. Every box also comes with a TheShy postcard, a small extra for anyone who followed his career.

Tracking that keeps up at 8K!

The Pixart PAW3955HS sensor tracks up to 800 IPS and lets you set any sensitivity between 50 and 50,000 DPI, one DPI at a time. Behind it, a Nordic nRF54LM20 MCU holds 8000 Hz in wireless mode as well as over the USB-C cable, so freedom never costs you polling rate. Lift-off distance drops to 0.7 mm and adjusts in 0.1 mm steps up to 1.7 mm, handy when you lift the mouse dozens of times per round.

The sweet spot between claw and palm!

The Beast X V2 Med sits right in the middle of the range, and WLMouse recommends it for hands between 17.5 and 19 cm, in claw or palm grip. At 122 mm long and 45 g, it fills more of your hand than the Mini while the magnesium shell keeps it light enough for quick flicks. Wider main buttons on a narrower frame leave your ring finger a natural resting spot, and beveled cutout edges keep things soft when your palm settles on the back. If your hand is smaller or bigger, the Mini and Max share the same internals.

A receiver worth a spot on your desk!

The 8K receiver does far more than link the mouse to your PC. Its touchscreen shows your settings and lets you change DPI, LOD or polling rate with a tap, while three USB ports turn it into a hub for your keyboard or headset. Under your fingers, Omron Optical main switches and an optical scroll encoder detect every input with light, and the 300 mAh battery lasts up to 200 hours at 1000 Hz, or 24 to 30 hours at 8000 Hz.

Tougher shell, same Beast X DNA!

WLMouse made magnesium alloy one of its signatures with the Beast X line, and the V2 takes the idea further. The magnesium shell gets thicker and gains reinforcement ribs for extra rigidity, while a redesigned compartment now covers the battery and wiring. Through the top-shell openings, the PCB stays partly covered, for a cleaner look inside. Added shielding around the sensor improves resistance to electrostatic discharge, and the flat base lets you fit whichever replacement skates you prefer.
