MaxPoints are points you earn when you buy products on our site! 😎
You can collect them on your customer account and use them on a future order to buy any product in stock on the site ✅ Each MaxPoint is worth €0.01. You earn MaxPoints by purchasing products on our site: you get the number of MaxPoints matching the amount you spend, €1 spent = 1 MaxPoint 💎
The number of MaxPoints for a product is shown on each product page, under the "Add" button used to add a product to your cart. You can check your MaxPoints balance at any time by logging into your account and going to the "MaxPoints" tab.
To use your MaxPoints, go to your cart, click "Use my MaxPoints" and enter the number of MaxPoints you want to use for this order. The amount will be deducted from your order total.
You can collect your MaxPoints for as long as you like and redeem them all on a single order. If you have enough MaxPoints to cover your full order amount, you can pay for it entirely in MaxPoints.
Products bought with MaxPoints can be returned or exchanged under our standard returns and refunds conditions. MaxPoints are always refunded as MaxPoints, never as euros ⚠️. If one or more products are refunded, the corresponding points will be credited back exactly as they were.
